Terms & Conditions
We apologise that the following may appear somewhat lengthy, but these terms are in place to protect both you, the customer, and us, the supplier. By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
About us
Gas Regulator Warehouse is a specialist division of Express Weldcare Services Limited (company number 04211996), trading from Unit B3 Empress Park, Empress Road, Southampton, SO14 0JX.
Your status
By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- you are at least 18 years of age; and
- you accept these terms and conditions in full.
General
Subject to any special conditions agreed in writing, these terms alone govern all contracts for the sale and supply of goods from Gas Regulator Warehouse. Any other written or standard terms of purchase offered by you are excluded. We treat any order placed through our site, by phone or in writing as acceptance of these terms.
Quotations
A quotation does not constitute an offer, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend a quotation at any time before we accept your order.
Payment and pricing
Accepted payment methods and all applicable charges are shown to you at checkout before you place your order. All transactions are in pounds sterling. The VAT element of your purchase is shown on the invoice provided to you.
Our site lists a large number of products, and despite our best efforts a small number may occasionally be mispriced. Where a product's correct price is lower than the price stated, we will charge the lower price. Where the correct price is higher, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or reject the order and notify you. We are under no obligation to supply a product at an incorrect (lower) price where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods promptly, subject to stock availability. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown to you at checkout before you complete your order. Delivery dates given are estimates only; while we take reasonable care, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (see Events outside our control below).
Please inspect goods on delivery. Any damage, breakage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can assist you promptly — see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Stock availability
We aim to keep all advertised items in stock, but this is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to ask whether you would like a suitable alternative. We will never send you an alternative product without your instruction. If you would prefer not to receive an alternative, we will refund the full value of the product and any related delivery charge.
Risk and title
Products are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you only once we have received payment in full, including any delivery charges.
Warranties
Where goods we supply carry a manufacturer's warranty, we will, so far as possible, assign the benefit of that warranty to you. No further condition or warranty is given, implied or to be implied as to the life, wear, or fitness of the goods for any particular purpose beyond what is stated on our site or confirmed by us in writing.
Events outside our control
We reserve the right to defer the delivery date, cancel a contract, or reduce the volume of goods ordered without liability to you, if we are prevented from or delayed in carrying on our business by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including, without limitation, acts of God, government action, war, terrorism, protest, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, industrial action, or the failure of a supplier.
Import duty
If we deliver products outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes applied when the delivery reaches its destination. You are responsible for any such charges; we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country, and we will not be liable for your failure to do so.
Written communications
Applicable law requires some of the information or communications we send you to be in writing. By using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website. You agree that this electronic means of communication satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights. For details of how we process your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Notices
Any notice you send us must be sent to Gas Regulator Warehouse, Unit B3 Empress Park, Empress Road, Southampton, SO14 0JX. We may give notice to you at the email or postal address you provided when placing your order. Notice is deemed received: immediately when posted on our website; 24 hours after an email is sent; or three days after posting of a letter.
Transfer of rights, waiver and severability
The contract between you and us binds our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a contract without our prior written consent; we may transfer ours at any time. If we do not insist at any time on strict performance of your obligations, or do not exercise a right or remedy we are entitled to, this is not a waiver of that right, and does not relieve you of your obligations. If any part of these terms is found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.
Entire agreement and our right to vary these terms
We rely on these terms and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to any contract between us; please ask for any variation to be confirmed in writing. We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, payment methods, or the law. The terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law (in which case it applies to past orders too) or we notify you of a change before dispatch.
Contract formation and governing law
A contract is formed between you and us only once we have confirmed that your order has been dispatched, and you have been notified of the dispatch by email or on screen. The contract is deemed concluded in the United Kingdom, is governed by English law, and both parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The contract will be conducted in English.

Disclaimer and our liability
While we take care to ensure the information on this website is accurate, prices and details may change without notice, and, without affecting your statutory rights, we make no further warranty that information on this site is complete or current.
We warrant that any product purchased through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is limited to the purchase price of the product and any losses that were a foreseeable consequence of the breach at the time your order was accepted. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We are not liable for indirect losses that are a side effect of the main loss (such as loss of income, business, profits, contracts or data) that are not foreseeable by both parties, except in relation to claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property, or other direct financial loss not excluded above.
Statutory rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms and conditions.
